Welcome to Seminar House 3, the one and only apartment style dorm at KGU. This seminar house also includes balcony for each room. Seminar House 3 is located directly inbetween Seminar House 2 and the off-campus gym. From here, Kansai Gaidai is about a 20 minute walk away, or approximately an 8-10 minute bike ride. The nearest bus stop is only about a five minute walk away, across from the City Library. Due to the unique setup of this Seminar House, you will develop close relationships with your flat mates; the rooms are literally massive allowing for great socialization outside of your bedroom. However, there is limited interaction between your flat mates and the other residents of the dorm. However, there are several seminar house parties offering you the opportunity to meet the other residents.
